Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours for single services

• 1 week notice for packages & couples

• 2 weeks notice for groups and parties

• All packages, couples and parties will require a credit card on file when booking

• credit card on file will be charged 50% of the total price of all services “no show” occurs.

• Specials and Discounts may not be combined

Gift Certificates

• Not Cash Redeemable

• Missed appointment will VOID Gift Certificates

• Treat Gift Certificate as cash; My Retreat Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or any unauthorized card use.
